COMBO MEAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Combo Meal on PLAYCOMBOMEAL.COM, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. GAME DESCRIPTION

Combo Meal is a daily logic puzzle where players combine ingredients to create recipes and solve challenges.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

  • Accounts are optional and enable progress-saving features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or suspected abuse.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to:

  • Use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • Not copy, extract, scrape, export, or create derivative works from the game content or design without prior written permission.
  • Not hack, exploit, reverse engineer, interfere with security, or use automation/bots.
  • Not use the game’s content, visuals, data, or interactions to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning or AI systems, or build datasets, without prior written permission.
  • Interact respectfully in any communications and feedback.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP

  • Ownership: Combo Meal—including its code, artwork, copy, gameplay mechanics as expressed in the product, and all other content and design—is owned by PLAYSKER LLC and/or its licensors.

  • The following elements are expressly protected (non-exhaustive):
    • User interface design and layout
    • Visual design system and color palette
    • Recipe component combination interactions
    • Recipe-to-Puzzle adaptation & presentation
    • Scoring and star rating system
    • Social sharing interface
    • Tutorial and instructional graphics, including Bomi the Combo Meal Recipe Box
    • Animation and transition effects
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publish, mirror, or create derivative works from any part of the game without explicit written permission from PLAYSKER LLC.
  • Trademarks, logos, and branding used in the game are proprietary and may not be used without permission.

6. RECIPES AND ATTRIBUTION

  • Sources and Adaptations: Many recipes, ingredient lists, and culinary ideas used in the game are inspired by, derived from, or adapted from publicly available sources, cookbooks, culinary publications, creators, and community input. We do not claim ownership over the underlying facts, ideas, or culinary methods in recipes; however, our selection, arrangement, game adaptation, UI, copy, and presentation of such content are proprietary to PLAYSKER LLC.
  • Attribution Commitment: We will make commercially reasonable efforts to identify and attribute sources where reasonably identifiable and feasible within the product experience and/or release notes.
  • Credit/Removal Requests: If you are a rights holder and believe attribution is missing or prefer removal, please contact us at playcombomeal@gmail.com. We will review and, where appropriate, update attribution or remove the content on a prompt timeline consistent with our policies and applicable law.
  • User Submissions: If you submit or suggest recipes or sources, you represent and warrant you have the rights to do so and that your submission does not infringe others’ rights. You grant PLAYSKER LLC a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display your submissions in connection with the game, without obligation to you.
  • Third‑Party Rights: Some referenced names or materials may be protected by third‑party rights. Inclusion does not imply endorsement. All third‑party rights remain the property of their respective owners.

7. PRIVACY

We collect only what is needed to operate and improve the game. We do not sell personal information. Additional privacy terms may be provided where features require them.

8. DISCLAIMERS

  • The game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, or the accuracy of recipe or nutrition‑related content.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLAYSKER LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the game.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
